（b）vocabularyposttests

abatteryoftests（i.e.，aproductiontest，aformtest，andareceptiontest）weredesignedasvocabularyposttestsaftereachcycleofthelisteningtasks（seeappendixd）.thesetestswereadministeredtotheparticipantsimmediatelyafterthelisteningtaskstochecktheparticipants'incidentalvocabularyacquisitiononthetargetwordsthroughlistening.toexaminetheretentionofvocabularyacquisition，thesamevocabularytestswereadministeredagaintotheparticipantsoneweeklaterasthedelayedvocabularyposttests.
